Fantastic location, charming and efficient staff and host. The room was amazing and beautiful with a sofa bed. I loved extra touches, including a shower, hair dryers and a bidet in the bathroom. Everything was great, I had excellent stay, see u next time.

we loved that it had handy location somewhere really close to florence's centre. when it was particularly hot outside we found nice high bar, had some coffee there. quick check in, fantastic service too. the breakfasts was marvellous - yummy food. best stay in a basic apartment.
